Why God Wants Us to Take Care of Ourselves 💅🏾

God doesn’t get glory from burnout, stress, or a woman running on fumes. He gets glory from a woman operating in excellence: mind clear, spirit lifted, and self-esteem intact.

Self-care is:
• Stewardship — taking care of what He gave you.
• Preparation — staying ready for purpose and assignment.
• Restoration — so you’re not pouring from an empty cup.
• Dignity — presenting yourself as the masterpiece He created.

And let’s be real... when your nails are done and your spirit is aligned? You move differently. You pour differently. You pray differently.

When you care for your body [grooming, beauty, hygiene] that’s honoring what God gave you. Your self-care is literally stewardship. That glow is ministry ✨

RECAP 🦃💕 | Surrounded by my fiancée .chris my girls, and all this love God keeps pouring on me? Yeah… my heart is full in ways I can’t even put into words.

This year stretched me, grew me, tested me, and blessed me. And through every high, every low, every “Lord, please give me strength,” He showed up. He covered my family. He guided my steps. He reminded me that favor don’t miss the people it’s sent to.

So here’s to gratitude, grace, and a home filled with laughter, good food, warm hugs, and the people who make my life feel abundant. I don’t take a single blessing for granted... not the love, not the lessons, not the journey.
