Over the last couple of weeks I have had a few of these situations. I don’t really have any new clients. Everyone knows the rule and acts like they get it, until they can’t come to their appointment for whatever reason. More than likely you have had to pay at some point. I should not even have to tell you to pay. It’s not something that should be discussed, unless you need to know your total. Shoot me a text and ask. Done. No problem. Onward and upward. We are all adults. I go out of my way to give everyone the time that they want/need. I come in early, work late, Saturdays and Sundays. All the things. I always have clients that need to get in, which is why I have this policy in place. I love y’all, but this is business. Friendships do not come into play. I don’t have time for it. We are all adults. Most of you just shoot me a Venmo and apologize. I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!! For those of you who do not respect my time, find another nail tech.
