I just need to take a minute and say THANK YOU.

Mikala, I truly don’t know how I would do this business without you. I tell you all the time to your face, and probably even more behind your back 😂, just how amazing you are. But today, I think the whole world needs to know.

I have honestly never met anyone who goes above and beyond the way you do. You care about this business, our clients, our space, and the people around you in a way that is so incredibly special.

And somehow, you think of things two hours before I even realize they need to be thought of. 😂 I don’t know how you do it, but THANK GOD you do!

I know there are probably days when you want to kill me. LOL! Not really… at least I hope not. 😂💕 But seriously, just look at how far we have come in a little over a year. Sometimes I stop, look around, and can hardly believe what we’ve built.

And I want you to know that I see you. I appreciate you. And I am so incredibly grateful for you.
