✨ A New Chapter at Aligned Wellness ✨

When I created Aligned Wellness, my vision was never just to offer services.

I wanted to create a sanctuary—a place where people could slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and experience healing in a deeper way. A space where massage, energy work, sound, and intentional practices could come together to support the whole person. 🌿

As Aligned Wellness continues to grow, I’m entering an exciting new season of expansion. I’ll be beginning my acupuncture journey soon, and instead of stepping away from this healing work, I’m expanding the circle of practitioners who help hold this space.

I’m looking for a heart-centered Holistic Healing Practitioner to join our team in Cookeville. ✨

When the soundbath hits just right, you clean up the next day ✨😅 ️wonderful full moon sound bath with reiki healing last night! We radically rested, it was much needed.
