Education time!!! So excited for this class! If you are not familiar with the Russian manicure, it was developed in Russia and the boarder of Europe decades ago. The term became well known in the US in the mid 2000’s. It involves a dry manicure, using small e-file bits to remove the dead tissue attached to the nail plate. This process helps to get as close to the side walls as possible, for longer gel adhesion.
