Why we treat pigment and texture in the fall. Less sun means less chance of the pigment coming back, and you get weeks to recover instead of days. Your provider looks at your skin, your history, and how much downtime you can actually take.
The question we get most about lasers: am I going to peel in front of everyone at work. Here is the honest answer. Some lasers mean a few days of flaking, some mean none, and your provider picks based on what your week looks like, not just your skin. Tell us your calendar and we will work around it.
