We’ll have no morning classes, but our regular afternoon schedule will run from 4:00 PM–7:30 PM. 🥋

The longer you train, the more you realize Jiu-Jitsu isn’t about proving you’re better than someone else. It’s about becoming a little better than you were yesterday.

Every tap is a lesson. Every tough round is an opportunity to grow. Leave your ego at the door, and you’ll be amazed by what you can learn.
