HOLIDAY UPDATE:

Ash & Iron will be closed from 12/23/2020 - 01/01/2021 so we can enjoy time with our own families during the final days of this holiday season. We appreciate all of your continued support! From conception, to the current state of the world, you have stuck by us and cheered us on, even while our doors closed beyond our control. We would not be here if it weren’t for all of our amazing friends and clients! We wish you all a safe and merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. We will see you all in 2021! 🎄

Hello All!
We are monitoring the COVID-19 global pandemic crisis closely and we assure you we are taking all the necessary precautions to sanitize our space for your re-arrival! We apologize for the inconvenience and we know you’re all extremely eager to get back into our chairs. We are just as excited to see you all again but we’ve made some changes to ensure your safety, as well as our own.

As usual, we will be taking clients by appointment only. As per Sola guideline you must wait outside or in your vehicle until we notify you. Our front door will be locked from the outside during all hours and you must be es**rted in by either one of us. We ask that you please provide your own *required* face mask for you and your child and must be worn at all times or services will not be rendered. Please refrain from bringing guests and children who are not getting services at this time. We recommend keeping them supervised in your vehicle or to keep them home for the time being. Only one person will be allowed in at a time. This means if your child can not sit alone while you wait in your vehicle, we cannot provide the service at this time. All services must be scheduled prior to your arrival as we need additional time to clean our areas between each one of you.

Please come with clean, dry hair. No gel or hair products. We will be limiting shampooing and blow drying to a bear minimum.

If preferred, clients may bring their own capes and towels. Once entering, clients must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer and keep mask on at all times unless instructed to remove it. No food or drink allowed. Clients must sign waiver upon arrival. No exceptions. Waxing and facial services will not be provided at this time.

Cancellation/no show fees and deposits are still in place, please be mindful if you need to cancel! Please text us when you arrive and we will es**rt you into the building!

Please bear with us as we try to schedule everyone as quickly as possible. We personally schedule our appointments so give us time when replying to your request! Our re-open date is currently May 18th, 2020. All bookings will be made from this date forward.
