Hydrodermabrasion is an alternative for microdermabrasion without the use of crystals to abrade the skin. Instead, it combines the natural benefits of oxygen and water to shoot a pressurized stream of saline solution onto the skin. The esthetician has the ability to customize the saline solution by adding serums. For example, Salicylic Acid to treat acne or Vitamin C to induce production of collagen and elastin in the skin
