Emily has been part of Bilancia for nearly 10 years, beginning at our front desk before becoming an esthetician. Over the years, she has become an incredible resource for both our team and our clients through her knowledge, leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to creating an exceptional experience.
From helping mentor new estheticians, supporting our front desk team, assisting with inventory and product management, and consistently going above and beyond for our guests, Emily plays such an important role in our spa every single day.

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at The Bilancia Day Spa 💘
We loved getting to celebrate with so many of you today. It was our first time using the in room tubs for Valentine’s appointments and it made the whole experience feel extra special.
