This is not a temporary position, a gap year gig, or a foot in the door to something else. We are building a team that is as dedicated to Beauty Haven as we are and the person we are looking for understands that front desk is not just a role. It is the heartbeat of the entire patient experience.

You are the first voice patients hear when they call. The first face they see when they walk in. The person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes so our providers can focus entirely on the work. That matters enormously to us. And we want someone who understands that.

What we are looking for:
✔️ Genuine passion for the aesthetics and med spa industry
✔️ Strong communication and a warm, professional client-first demeanor
✔️ Experience with scheduling, phones, and front office operations
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced luxury setting
✔️ Someone who wants to build a long term career in medical aesthetics — in a front facing, patient experience role
✔️ Team oriented, reliable, and genuinely invested in the growth of this practice

This role is not the right fit if:
You are finishing a nursing or aesthetics program and plan to transition to a clinical role. We respect that path completely it is just not what we are building here. We want someone who is as passionate about the front desk experience as we are about the treatment room.
