Friendly reminder:

There’s a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If I do not hear from you at the 15 minute grace, your appointment will be canceled. Ex. 7am appointment time. You don’t call , text or show by 7:15am, your appointment is canceled. No deposit refunds will be issued.

Please communicate if you will be late arriving to your appointment in a timely manner as this pushes appointments after you back as well.

As always, thank you for your understanding and continued support!

And for those that will question if I offer a discount when I need to push appointments back- I absolutely do discount my clients IF I am late making it to the shop for appointments.
