After A VERY painful Impacted Wisdom Teeth Surgery Your Favorite Healer is Back in Action! And it taught me a valuable lesson as pain always tends to do!

"Do NOT, wait until it is an emergency to take care of the things that is bothering you today. Handle it while your body's communication is stern, not when it flies clean off the handle. Your level of regret will do nothing to alleviate the pain.

If you follow me on Instagram you know that I had an extra complicated Wisdom tooth surgery on my upper and lower left side. they said the nerve was facing inwards so they had to carve through the roof of my. mouth to get to it. So not only was my mouth stitched up like hand me down jackets I ended up with a damn dry socket AND the stitch site caused an ulcer on the roof of my. mouth which felt like chewing glass.

One of my clients came in Monday saw my face and said nah I'll wait. Told me I looked like Hitch 😩😩😩😩😂😂 . My face was so swollen it was crazy. I hated to reschedule but I was lowkey dying inside.

I learned a valuable lesson.

People have always mentioned that it was a good idea to have your Wisdom teeth taken out either at a younger age or while they aren't bothering you.. Of course I was like why the hell would I go through surgery if I'm not having any problems with it? mind you they would cut through 2-3x's a year.

MANE LISTEN. When that nerve got infected a few weeks ago. I was balled up on the floor literally fighting the door and crying like a mf. BOOHOO crying I bs you not. I went from it being an option to an IMMEDIATE Emergency and a living hell to endure. not only that it had gotten so bad they had to do some extra s**t just to get them out. I remembered that I dealt with the same level of WHY ME LORD when the Sciatic Pain ran my life for 10months. I saw it coming. I felt the back pain. I felt the hip pain, I felt it getting tighter and tighter promising myself I'd take care of it tonight but was too tired to care at the end of the day. Same with the tooth. I kew something was up they way they were cutting through, but Mane waiting until s**t literally hits the fan WILL TAKE YOU DOWN THROUGH THERE!

I can't live like this NO MO! just like I get on your ass about being proactive, I have no choice but to do so because baby I can't handle this anymore.
I literally grew 4 new grey hairs in my beard from the stress and anguish.

Hey! Just an update my dental surgery went well and I will be back in service to you beginning this Saturday - Monday.

Magical Wednesday: post op update Ya boi is feeling much better than expected today. Yesterday was a DAY you hear me! But today Is almost pretty smooth sailing. With that being said My schedule will be open this weekend beginning Saturday - Monday.

Also I am adding a few new services for individuals and for couples via Couples massages AND LOVRS Touch 1 on 1 Massage Classes for couples as well as package specials for those who desire to invest in their body wealth later today. be on the lookout in your email for those this evening! Why do we maintain everything except ourselves?

I’m actually taking a few days away from Celestial this week to recover from a procedure myself.

And there’s something beautifully aligned about that.

The person constantly reminding everyone else to take care of home has to take care of his home too.

Don’t wait for it to become urgent.

Drink the water.

Take the walk.

Schedule the appointment.

Stretch.

Go to bed.

Ask for help.

Take the day off.

Book the healing session.
