The next resident of The Suite Experience is KLS Waterless Nail Bar, and we are beyond excited to watch this incredible 2,000 square-foot renovation come to life.
This will be Corning’s first luxury nail salon specializing in Russian manicures and pedicures, bringing an elevated, detail-driven nail experience to our community.

The space will feature nine private nail suites along with a dedicated private pedicure room, thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and privacy. We can’t wait to share this journey and welcome another exceptional, women-owned business into our building.
