Fringe Hairdressers was opened in May of 2011 by Kristina Rhodes with the idea of creating something completely different in the Corning, NY area. After traveling the world and living abroad Kristina wanted to bring to Corning, NY what she has learned in her 30 year career as a hairdresser. Along with a talented and energetic staff, she has managed to create a unique and funky atmosphere at Fringe
