About Codi-

Born and raised in the small hamlet of Pine City, A graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage with over 12 years experience as a NYS Licensed Therapist, specializing in medical massage. I started my career in the
Chiropractic field where I was lucky to have the opportunity carly on to be contracted in Navy Medicine as a civilian. This experience allowed me to further my knowledge and understanding of muscle imbalances, the importance of body alignment, and overall soft tissue health. My focus is helping clients get to the root of the problem. I believe in setting goals and education as the fore front of how to help my clients.
Upon consultation every session is tailored to each individuals needs.

We are so excited to have LUMERA CANDLES as a guest vendor for our upcoming Valentine’s day event.
