☀️About me☀️
I am a Hairstylist (𝚋𝚞𝚜𝚢 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚔𝚏𝚞𝚕𝚕𝚢 🙏🏻), Wife, and now a Mom💚🦖
Before motherhood, I struggled. Being a wife & squeezing in last minute hair appointments has led me to starving myself, or running (𝚢𝚎𝚊𝚑 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝙸 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢 𝚍𝚘𝚗’𝚝 𝚛𝚞𝚗 😅) to the nearest drive thru. I felt horrible finding an outfit that I was comfortable in & didn’t make me look fluffy. My excessive weight made my "monthly's" so irregular that my body wasn’t ready to create life. I was tired of trying everything and not getting any results.
Then I saw how incredible my friend Patty was looking on FB. She lost 30lbs quickly, gained energy, and (𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖’𝕤 𝕨𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕤𝕙𝕖 𝕙𝕒𝕕 𝕞𝕖) no working out! 🙌🏾
In December ‘19, I started my healthy journey (ᑭᗩTTY ᗷEᑕᗩᗰE ᗰY ᕼEᗩᒪTᕼ ᑕOᗩᑕᕼ)and by end of April '20 I lost over 59lbs❗I loved the new me. I had energy, strength and gained confidence.
In August I found out we were expecting. February ‘21, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. I developed high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancy & the meds had a side effect... Weιɢнт ɢαιɴ. 🙄 I tried to lose weight on my own again with no success.
After a year of hiding in loose comfy clothes, I am back to a healthy lifestyle. This time I wanted to be a part of the change and 🅸’🅼 🅲🅾🅼🅸🅽🅶 🅸🅽 🅰🆂 🅰 🅷🅴🅰🅻🆃🅷 🅲🅾🅰🅲🅷 to help others reach their goals, while striving for mine as well.🙌🏼🎉I’ve lost over 20lbs since March. 🤯 Join me on my journey to health.
