I hear so often... "I don't have time". The truth is, we all get the same 24 hours a day to get s**t done. Priorities, right?
Can I be real for a second? Or are we all too afraid to p**s someone off? The truth is this: I get tired sometimes, but I still show up. I think about my future and what can be. If someone else can succeed, so can I!
Consistency and growth will get me there.
Yes, I sit here after the salon day and make funny reels and content to post while watching hallmark movies. I say why not! I work for myself. I get to show up as myself!Literally, I am currently searching for a list of all my vips to remind them of our flash sale that ends tmrw. You know, this is fun for me because I know the future I'm headed for.

Veterans Day Weekend

I had the rare opportunity to go to a Vietnam Wall set up with my dad. He is a Vietnam Veteran, and my hero. It was his first time ever being to a Vietnam Wall. It was so special to me because we paid our respect to the brave soldiers that he fought with. To name a few: Raymond Krug, Thomas Larkin, and Donald Kilpatrick.

To the many men and women who have fought for our country. Happy Veterans Day. [Nov. 11]. Thank you for your service.
And to the Vietnam Veterans who made it back, Welcome Home

Somebody pinch me, so I can be sure this was real.

Let me ask you a question,
At what point do you stop listening to others and just go for it?

Would you believe me if I told you this is still just the beginning of this journey I'm on?

Can we be transparent for a second?
Not everything comes easy. I shifted out of my comfort zone to get here.
There is rejection, not everyone will understand, & you won't always have the support from your family and friends. That's ok. You know why? Because you're not in this alone. I have a team who won't let me fall.

I started surrounding myself with people who wanted this as much as I do, people who want to see each other win. If your best friend or family is trying to talk you out of an opportunity that could take you where you've never been, sis/bro, it's time to pivot.

Have they been to that place you've dreamed of?
If your answer is No, then why are you taking advice from them?
Are they paying your bills?
If your answer is No, then why do you care what they think?
Are they where you want to be in life? ((And this is a tough reality check))
If your answer is No, then why are you letting them hold you back?

Dust yourself off. That was a tough convo.
Now get up, let's go!
