For Children - Teens
We offer 1-hour and as short as 30 minute sessions. It’s very important to bring self-help technique and awareness through this time to Children because technology, a biggy, is robbing their body’s postures and health. Massage w Cara Sherman, creates a very comfortable and friendly visit and has an easy way of speaking with children and teens with her warmth and caring self. Cara has been working with young patients for over 15 years but in the past two years, more children are coming in the office , sad but true , BUT, we all see and feel improvement in their daily life activities. Note: Guardian is required to escort Child/Client to the actual massage studio for the first 4 appointments under 16 years old. Parent or guardian is required to be within 20 feet when child/client being treated is 13 years or younger. Parent is always welcomed to be in the massage studio during treatment time if wanted .
