This combination brow transformation is such a good example of how brows can change the entire eye area without changing what makes someone look like themselves.

By creating a slightly more lifted, defined shape and giving the arch and tail better placement, we were able to visually open up the eye area and create a more balanced, refreshed appearance. 😍

For this set, I used the combination brow technique to create soft, natural hair strokes paired with subtle shading for added fullness and definition. The goal wasn’t to give her completely different brows; it was to enhance what she already had while creating a shape that better complements her features.

If you’ve never seen laser tattoo removal before, the white “frosting” on the brow can look alarming—but it’s actually an expected and temporary response.

💥 What is frosting?
When the laser energy targets the tattoo pigment, it creates tiny gas bubbles within the skin. This causes the treated area to appear white or frosted immediately after treatment. This typically fades within 15–30 minutes. (Frosting in the hair follicle is totally normal, expected, and not permanent)

🖤 What happens next?
Over the next several weeks, your body’s immune system gradually clears away the shattered pigment particles. Tattoo removal is a process that continues long after you leave your appointment.

✨ Healing timeline:
• Mild redness and swelling for the first 24–48 hours
• Frosting disappears shortly after treatment
• The area may feel similar to a mild sunburn
• Pigment continues to fade over the following 6–8 weeks

⏳ How many sessions will I need?
Every tattoo is different. Factors such as pigment color, ink depth, age of the tattoo, skin type, and your body’s immune response all influence the number of treatments needed. Cosmetic brow tattoos often require multiple sessions to achieve the desired amount of fading before a new set of brows can be tattooed.

My client wanted a natural brow that was still full but with some refinement. We cleaned up the top of the brow so it flowed seamlessly from the bulb to the tail. We did a combination of hair strokes for the fluff and some soft shading for added density! We fell in love 🥰 with the end result!
