We are a wild game processor located in Corpus Christi, Texas. We specialize in many things such as various smoked sausages, breakfast sausages, ground meats, as well as jerky and dried sticks. We accept all skinned and quartered wild animals at this time. White tailed deer must have proper tag information upon drop off. The season has arrived. We are open and ready. Come by and see us. Our hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm on Saturday, and by appointment on Sunday.
What a day. Fixing to start working on a couple big orders. Thanks to Ben Graham and the Leon family, 4 mule deer and a Nilgai. Lots of sausage and it’s not even rifle season yet. Let’s get R done!!

First 2 batches of sausage in the books. A big thank you goes out to Mr. Tovar and Mr. Garza for bringing in 2 bull Elk from Colorado. We also did his Euro mounts for him too. If in need of processing or Euro mounts give us a call at AH Processing.
Deer season is right around the corner. We will be opening September 30th for the start of whitetail archery season and MLD. Come by or give us a call for all your wild game processing needs. If you have any exotics or hogs in need of processing before then, please give us a call and we can arrange drop offs.

They have 25-30 of the $2000 bucks smaller than or equal to the ten point buck in the flyer for sale right now that need to be harvested this month. They turned all of their bucks loose to breed all the great does that were turned out as well. Call the # on the flyer, ask for Mike. These are great looking deer.
