Last week I felt like CRAP. 🤧
My husband brought me hot tea, fed me medicine ☺️🥰 , made sure I rested…
..we STILL got our daily mile in. 🏃♀️🏃♂️
It may not sound like some huge romantic gesture, but this is marriage to me.
Love isn’t always flowers, fancy dates, vacations, or grand gestures.
Sometimes love looks like hot tea and medicine on the nightstand.
“Did you take your medicine?”
“Do you need anything?”
“Stay in bed. I got it.” ❤️
And sometimes it looks like lacing up beside each other for one little mile because that’s what we committed to doing together.
Being of service to the person you love is such an underrated form of intimacy. 🥹. ❤️
“I wanna grow old with you…”
Although apparently we got a head start on the gray part. 🤣🩶
Daily miles. Hard days. Good days. Gray hairs. All of it.
That’s the good stuff. ❤️.

“What’s your best therapy?”
THIS. 😌💈
A fresh cut.
A hot towel.
A facial.
The chair laid ALL the way back. 😌
And a few minutes for yourself..
Sometimes the best therapy is simply being still and letting somebody take care of YOU for a change. 🤍

Dr. Baucum Armadillo Sport Chiropractic 😌💆♂️ .. .
I have a lot of businessmen and business owners who sit in my chair, and one thing I’ve grown to appreciate is being able to provide more than just a grooming service.
Sometimes it’s conversation.
Sometimes it’s complete silence.
Sometimes it’s simply a place to close your eyes, breathe, and decompress.
Because I understand what it feels like to carry the mental load of business, family, responsibilities, decisions… LIFE.
So if my chair can give someone 30–60 minutes where they don’t have to lead, answer questions, make decisions, or take care of anyone else…
That’s part of the service too. 💈🤍

FOOD IS FUEL.
Built for performance — not an empty gas light. 💪😅☺️
So REFUEL… because this girl needs that GASOLINA. 😂🙌
But change what you’re putting in the tank. 👏👏👏
🍳 More home-cooked meals.
🥩 Prioritize protein.
🍚 Choose good carbs.
🥑 Add healthy fats.
💧 HYDRATE.
Eat to fuel the body you’re asking to perform.
Not starvation.
Not overtraining.
Not punishing your body.
Nourish it. Train it. Rest it. REPEAT. 💪🤍
And listen… we’re not chasing rock-solid, shredded bodies over here. 😅🤣
We LOVE our strength with some CURVES.
A little softness. A little jiggle. ☺️❤️
A body that moves, eats, lifts, runs, RESTS… and enjoys life.
Strong doesn’t have to mean shredded. 🙌
Feed the muscles. Keep the curves. Let the jiggle WIGGLE. 🤣👏👏 .. because it’s more fun 😅☺️🙌
you can’t expect your body to keep performing while you’re driving around with the gas light on. ⛽️
FOOD IS FUEL, baby.
🎶 DAME MÁS GASOLINA. 🎶🤣⛽️...
