I’ll be honest—I hate having to reschedule or cancel my clients’ original appointments. I take my time and your time very seriously, so it’s never something I do lightly.
But moments like these also remind me how blessed 1 am.
Being my own boss gives me the ability to show up for my family when they need me most-and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
To my clients, thank you for your patience, your grace, and your understanding. Your support allows me to be there for my business and my family, and that means everything to me.

Pushed 335 lbs on the sled and pulled 235 lbs with my husband. I hadn’t gone that heavy before, so it felt incredible realizing I could move that weight.
