Meal prep for the week done 🤩🤩🤩
Did salmon with side of quinoa and boiled veggies
& Chicken with sliced bell peppers and a side of brussel sprouts/broccoli & sweet potatoes/little bit of garbanzo beans for EXTRA protein 🥰 💪🏻 head your story on Instagram to look how I prepped everything!! 😇

Sorry that I haven’t been posting much on here! But I also recently made a fitness page on Instagram! Follow for daily workouts/ meals and anything fitness related!!
Today’s upper body workout had me dripping 🥵
For each workout I did 4 sets of 12-15 reps. I don’t only train lower body I like to train upper body as well. I’ve noticed results and can’t wait to see more! Trying to get rid of that extra fluff!
Hard work really does pay off! Remember you might not see results right away but YOU WILL! Take those progress pics! Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!! 🤩

• 1/2 cup oatmeal , 1 cup almond milk, spoon of peanut butter, & 1 scoop of protein
•And a side of 2 scrambled eggs

Today’s breakfast consisted of Eggs with turkey bacon, bell pepper, and half a jalapeño bc I love spicey stuff and half a English muffin 😍
