Fully defused curls. This is her first time going a good chop with layers customized to the low maintenance style she was looking for. Lots of retraining the girls to go, but she is ready to move in to the best curly life possible! Old highlights at the bottom can also affect the way your hair curls or doesn’t curl. In this case the highlights are very light and created breakage that wasn’t the best for her curls. A nice moisturizing dry oil or light weight serum and weekly masks were the RX. 🥰

Summer Tinsel for Bettina Olivarez We did red and magenta to match her highlights! I’d like to add that these highlights were done at the beginning of March and HAVE NOT been touched up. They are still holding their burgundy/red color! How you ask? She is using the recommended hair color protection shampoo and conditioner duo, even with warm water water washes. She’s also washing every 2 days and using Color WOW’s brand new Dry Shampoo in between washes if needed.
