June is acne awareness month and I am looking to help those teens (and adults) that struggle with this embarrassing and often painful condition. (Several of our kids suffered too!)

With acne prone skin it is so very important to make sure that you properly wash, exfoliate and moisturize your skin, keeping it at its cleanest and healthiest. I’d love to help you and/or your teen on the journey to clean clear skin 🥰

Here are a couple tips…

1. Gently cleanse using a mild, non comedogenic cleanser twice a day

2. Keep your skin hydrated…as this will balance oil production. Make sure you are using a light weight , oil-free moisturizer

3. Exfoliating with a gentle exfoliant removes the dead skin cells and helps prevent those clogged pores.

4. Treat with ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, or salicylic acid…this will help target and reduce those breakouts.

5. Lots of water intake and a healthy diet avoiding high-glycemic food which can trigger acne, is always helpful

Is acne something you and/or your teen could use some help with? I can help. Proud to say I have many teen customers and adult customers using either spotless or unblemish - their acne is now gone. Beyond happy for them as I know how much of a difference it will make in their lives 💕💕
