I couldn’t decide what u wanted to eat this morning… so I just put some random things on a place 🤣

Todays inventions.

I call this salad the almost Cobb salad, bc I was missing baco and tomatoes. I did eat it during lunch and as a meal for breaking fast… so I’m ok with it being high in calories. 🤣

Next is my dinner plat. I had black beans, what I’m calling MM Onion Chicken and some white rice. Last minute I added avocado, luckily it wasn’t too late for it to be featured in the pic 🤣

My inventions of the other day…
First we have an egg and veggie wrap.
Second we have a bagel with cream cheese and walnuts on top..
And last we have a chicken and veggie wrap. I topped the wraps off with some red hot sauce. 😎

I had Julia’s Mom’s chicken salad again today! I did it with the excuse of I needed to take a picture of it 🤣🤣🤣 then for dinner we made the same salad but with tuna instead of chicken.. and added lettuce and corn 🥰 it was DELICIOUS!
Cassie got me into this song and I can’t stop playing it 😭😭😭

I went to the gym today, 💪 for the first time since this year started.

I used to go straight to the women’s section at fitness connection.. but there’s no fitness connection here.. so now I go where there is no women’s section. 👎And it’s intimidating..

I was fighting my anxiety the whole time I was there but I’m so happy I went. I got my work out done. Reached a new personal record. 🥳 Felt real relaxed afterwards. 😎

Then I got home and I made a delicious chicken salad 🥗 after my friend sent me her mom’s recipe and I forgot to take a picture of the deliciousness… so I’ll have to make it again some time soon! Lol

Here I leave a picture for this digital diary, 📔, to show where I’m at. I kept saying I was going to start posting pictures when I’m more advanced in my journey.. but then I said forget that. I want to be reminded of where I started.. last year I lost 13 lbs and I wasn’t serious about it.. this year I hope🤞 to stay serious about my health. It’s not about loosing weight, it’s about getting stronger. Being healthy in my mind and body. One year from today, I’ll be comparing this picture with the new one I take 😏
