We have made some changes we hope you will appreciate. We at hendrix, a color salon, take your health and that of our team seriously.

Please note the following REQUIREMENTS hendrix, a color salon has implemented until further notice:

•You are required to reschedule your service if you should feel sick or have had a temperature of 99.6 or greater in the last 72 hours prior to your service. Your temperature being reduced from medicine does not count.

•If you’ve recently traveled within the last 2 weeks prior to your service, please reschedule.

•Please reschedule your service if someone in your household or at work is sick or has traveled in the last fourteen days of your service.

•You will be required to have your temperature taken with a contactless thermometer prior to your service. All employees will be required to do a temperature check prior to beginning their shift. If your temperature is higher than 99.6 we will need to reschedule.

•Please come to hendrix, a color salon with CLEAN freshly washed hair.

•All clients and staff must wash or sanitize hands before coming in for your scheduled service. Hand sanitizer and antibacterial hand soap are available throughout the salon.

•You and your service provider will be required to wear a face mask at all times unless, when to do so may prohibit the styling required. We have masks available for purchase should you need one.

•Please bring your own beverage or refillable water bottle as we will no longer have coffee or tea items available at this time.

•We are sorry but we must refrain from hugging or kissing or shaking hands with all clients and employees.

•Please refrain from touching all retail. Please ask your Stylist for assistance and we will gladly provide you with your items.

•Please avoid bringing small children or family members with you to your service. We are working a one-to-one ratio in the salon to be in capacity compliance.

•Please leave your belongings in your car. Only bring a disposable mask, keys, phone and method of payment. We suggest a shirt that can be worn under a smock as we will discourage changing clothes at the salon. If you do not have a disposable mask, we can provide one to you for 5$.

•Please wait at the door for your Stylist to check you in. We no longer have a waiting area and just one entrance and exit which is closest to the parking lot and handicap entrance.

•Blowdrying will only be done on a limited basis. Mostly with a Stylist if they require it dry for a cut. All other services will not include a blowdry until further notice.

We are taking every measure to ensure that we stay healthy. We intend to make sure that the salon remains a safe environment for you to come into by washing our hands frequently, wiping down surfaces, and following state board health measures.

Savanna can be booked on Square directly. Yay! Maya will be reaching out to clients directly to schedule in the intervals of missed appointments.

Welcome Savanna to hendrix! A Sassoon trained Cutting Specialist with international salon experience as well as a Fine Arts Masters degree, Savanna is just what we needed! 2 Fridays a month she will be with us. Hooray!

It’s almost May!! May is almost as crazy for most clients as the holidays. Let’s make it a great one!
