Kristina offers acupressure, which is a light pressure hold for an extended amount of time on the potent pressure points of the body also used in acupuncture.

Of course, here we don't utilize needles.

Similar to acupuncture, acupressure can relieve pain and support internal health and overall wellbeing.

Let the pressure points melt pain away, rejuvenate the adrenal system, support lymphatic flow, move stored emotions, and bring you into a deeply relaxed state.

Why would I schedule a 30 minute massage? It seems like you couldn't get much done in that amount of time.

On the contrary, it is possible to do quite a bit of work in a 30 minute session.

While my most asked for session is a 90 minute deep tissue massage, a 30 minute is wonderful for focused work.

Just want a foot massage with the calves and shins because you stand all day? I can do that!

Would you like focus on the shoulders and upper back? Perfect, let's schedule it!

How about a neck massage with scalp and face work? Absolutely 💯 I have it covered.

A massage does not have to look like a full body session. It can be beneficial when it focuses in on your areas of discomfort too.

The best part: 30 minutes is more flexible for scheduling and easier on the budget.

You don't have to stick with massage either - I can effectively provide acupressure, shiatsu, passive stretch, and reflexology in a 30 minute time slot as well.
