I have a 26 year old customer that has been put on acid reflux meds since he was 16...10 years of pharms...he couldn't stop taking them because of the acid rebound that occurs when he stops taking them.
He asked for help. I suggested he slowly start consuming fermented foods... yogurt, sauerkraut & kombucha for gut health (he reports this is going well!)
And I made him an herbal capsule with
4 main herbs... Marshmallow Root, Meadowsweet, Licorice Root & Slippery Elm and added supporting herbs of...Dandelion Root, Lemon Balm, Chamomile & Fennel Seeds (they're ground up and encapsulated to equal 750 mg capsules)

He started taking 1 capsule in the morning & 1 in the evening and it was helping but he requested 2 capsules in the AM and 2 capsules in the PM
and has reported to me that he's been off the acid reflux meds for 2 months now.
