For the last 4 months I have been putting in a lot of time and attention to detail to master this extension technique. As you know by now, I stand behind this method whole heartedly which is why I am soooo excited that I am officially an Master Technician!

This included lots of extra training courses and having 50 rows evaluated and critiqued to ensure the healthiest extension installs 🙌🏼 Thank you for all your support and mentoring me throughout this process 🤍

While technique was definitely my top priority, my goal is to complete all the Master courses IBE has to offer. Until then, check out this beautiful healthy growout 🤩 No matting, no bald spots, no scalp irritation.

A year ago I was SO proud of that top photo. Her growout was healthy thanks to IBE but maannnnn was my stitching all over the place 😂 Bottom photo is one of my first rows after starting the Master’s technique course.

A year ago I was still just stoked that I could even offer a hidden bead method.
But I have an honest fear of staying the same 🥴 which is why I invest SO much into education. The IBE Master’s program has been a game changer so far and I’m barely half way through.
