Welcome to Haven Salon Studios! Your new home for all things beauty and relaxation. Located in the previous location of The Retreat Day Spa & Salon, Haven features the same great technicians with an all new concept to keep you safe in these uncertain times.

Our team recognized a needed change following the government mandated shut downs due to Covid-19. Haven was born out of the desire to create a new salon that gives you, our guest, a more personalized experience.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing clients and our strong, courageous team for all the love and support over this last week. We have continued to closely monitor COVID19 and adapt in every way we could to continue to hold our level of service and well being of our clients and staff to the highest regard.

At this time, we have chosen to close for business for the next two weeks. Our blessing, but also our curse at a time like this, is that we work so closely with people. We can not in good conscious continue to perform salon and spa services as we are being advised by health officials that social distancing is the key to flattening the curve on COVID19. Clients, you are so truly amazing! While we did experience cancellations this week, we are honored by how many of you were still wanting to show up and how valuable you hold our time together. We promise to keep showing up for you too as we get appointments over the next few weeks rescheduled. We assure you that we will get you back into the salon with us as soon as we can! And we have a few resources for you in the meantime:

We will be offering curbside pick up for all of our retail products! Orders and payments can be placed through email or by phone. We will be announcing pick up times ASAP so stay tuned!

We are also offering our color clients at-home root touch up kits formulated by your stylist. Listen, we get it. Women still bought lipstick during the war. You can still feel your best during a quarantine. Your at-home kit made by our stylists includes your color normally applied by our stylists at The Retreat, developer, applicator brush, and a link to a video tutorial for application steps. It is a small amount designed to be used around your hairline and part to buy you more time between your salon appointment.

Curbside pick up sales and online gift cards sales help us continue to take care of our staff through this. We are advising our staff (and any employees of businesses affected by COVID19) that they may be eligible for unemployment benefits. We at The Retreat have been monitoring COVID-19 actively to ensure that we continue to take care of our team and our clients!

We are of course being extra diligent with sanitation and disinfection and have extra protocols in place for added care.
At this time, we are limiting our availability to current appointments through 3/31. We are accepting new appointments from 4/1 and beyond. Our front desk coordinators are available to take your calls and assist in booking or rescheduling. Phones have been busier than usual so please leave a message if we miss your call.
For our hair clients with existing appointments through 3/31, we have some express cut and color service options available for you. Your stylist will share these options with you during your consultation.

We are committed to continuing to provide a safe and positive space for all of our amazing guests. Information is being released rapidly and we are staying up to date and will let all of our guests know of any developing changes.
