I finally did it!!
I am officially under 200 lbs. I hit my first goal. This goal has been in play for about 3 yrs. when I made it I weighed a whopping 217 lbs., with my height and age, doc said 145 is my health weight. That is a dif of 72 lbs over weight. So my first goal was to get under 200 lbs.
I finally lost 18 lbs. they say the first 20 is the hardest. I have had like 10 Major life changes in the last few years, brothers near fatal car accident, ended a 10 yr relationship, moved, new job, illness, brother recovered, dad moved away and now my girls moved out So empty nesting!
Now What? Me time! I got this😉

Well its April now, life has been a lil nuts lately. But i'm still work'n on me, working more, staying busy and post of all watching what i eat and when. I'm down 7 LBs, and excited that the weather is getting nice. I'm going to start walking @ the new park by my house. The old Bancroft park i believe on 11th.

Today is day nine, i'm doing great! drinking lots of water, exercise still at 15 mins a day, not as hard as it was day one. Making better meal choices, talking myself out of things i shouldn't have. I am keeping busy and getting things done. Tomorrow is day ten, I / we can do this!

Today is December 1st 2016, LoveMySelfie Challenge,Day One ! I am on a mission to LOVE MY SELFIE again, I'm motivated to change ME 4 ME. I am seriously pi**ed off at myself for getting to this point. I weigh 210 again and that is going to change. My youngest daughter is going to graduating in June, when my other 2 kids graduated i kept out of most of the pics because of how big i have become. I'm over 40, newly single , have very little money, have many physical problems But nothing will stop me. Today I exercised 15 mins, I know, sounds like nothing but I wanted to quit at 5. I also drank water all day, turned off the T.V., controlled my portions, eat fruit & veggies also forced myself to stay busy all day. Great day 1, I feel accomplished and on the right track.
