K tip reinstall with a voiceover!!! LOL WHO DIS?! Well that was fun😂

So, this is my lovely client who came to me with super fine hair around 2 years ago now and was used to wearing her hair in a chin length Bob. She came in asking about extensions and we decided to go with custom nano keratin tips.

She started wearing K tips a couple years ago and she has felt like it has been so transformative for her life. She loves having the extensions and wearing longer hair and fuller hair and it’s so fun!! I love hanging out with her and seeing her just glow !!!

We use 3 to 4 packs of Philocaly Hair cut into custom nano bonds blended into her fine hair. This is her first reinstall and re-tip appointment with this batch of hair . We can usually get away with about two re-tipping services before ordering new hair, (sometimes you can get one more time re tipped, depending on the wear and tear of the hair, ) which means the hair is lasting her usually up to about a year sometimes a little over .🎉 and it’s still in great shape🤗

A typical reinstall appointment would be like so: Come in the night before, I remove the extensions and re-tip them and then start the Install the next morning. Full head Install for the custom nano tips takes about 4-6 hours for fine to medium hair.

for this appointment, we only had a certain amount of time to work with and her goal for the day was just a Global lightening for her base color… I felt we would able to achieve this because she does not have any permanent dark color throughout her full length of her hair. It had all been highlights or balayage or old faded Demi permanent low lights -nothing that we couldn’t lift through. 🤞🤞🙏🙏So I decided to take a bold move and attempt to base break the entire canvas.!!! I was super happy with the results!! they turned out so well🎉🎉, even for what I warned her might not work out🎉🎉
