Watching Trista grow from my assistant into a full-time stylist at The Bleach House has honestly been one of my favorite parts among my salon owner journey🤍

From day one, she’s been a true go-getter. Every piece of advice, every bit of guidance I gave her, she took and ran with it. She stayed teachable, worked unbelievably hard, showed up consistently, and truly earned every bit of the success she’s stepping into now.

She’s been more than just my assistant — she’s been such an incredible partner to me through the chaos, growth, long days, and exciting moments behind the scenes. Spending time with my kids who also adore her is just a bonus, and somewhere along the way she just became family. Watching her confidence, talent, and career grow has been so rewarding.

I’m so proud of the stylist and person she’s becoming, and while this chapter of her “assisting” is ending, I’m so excited we still get to work side by side as stylists.
