I wanted to share some exciting news with you all: I have finished up my bachelor's degree and my diploma made its way onto my wall. Yay! Its official.

I like to check in with my body each day by taking a few quiet moments to see how I'm feeling in all areas: physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Getting a massage on a regular basis has helped me connect with my body. My greatest joy is in serving others as they deepen their connection with themselves. As summer winds down, we are sneaking in those last vacations and trips, soaking up the sun's rays and enjoying (or enduring) the kiddos being home for a few more precious moments. When I'm not working, one of my favorite things to do is read. I snuggle in with a book every day. Non-fiction mostly, these days, as I'm learning more about the mind/body connection and anything having to do with becoming the best me I can be.
