This week, our Iron & Willow family gathered for new headshots and team photos as we celebrate 5 incredible years of serving our beautiful guests with all things beauty & fun, wellness, creativity, and connection.

We also had the joy of introducing some of our newest professionals—talented artists who are helping write the next chapter of our story—and my heart is so full watching this collective continue to grow. 🌙❤️

We were beyond lucky to snag one of Heather’s final openings for the year, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else behind the camera. Her talent is undeniable, but it’s her ability to truly see people that makes her magic. She captured each of us in a way that reflects our own personalities, and helped bring out the heart of who we are. We already know these photos are going to be something special, and we can’t wait to share them with all of you!!!

PS, watching my daughter open her business and be photographed today with something I never dreamt of. Ugh!!!! Why is she so wonderful!! lol just had to say it 😂🤟🏽

It’s hard to believe that Iron & Willow was just a dream in 2020—a vision scribbled in notebooks, prayed & prayed & prayed over, and imagined countless times. In 2021, that dream became reality, and today it has grown into something I never could have fully imagined. It has become a home for artists, a safe space for guests, a place where friendships are built, confidence is shown in empowering each other, and lives are touched every single day. 🙃

The energy within these walls, the love shared between our team, and the support from this community continue to remind me that dreams really can become reality when they’re built with heart!!! Everything intentional & lessons granted.

To every guest, every professional who has been part of our journey, and every person who has cheered us on—thank you for believing in Iron & Willow. You are part of this story, and we are endlessly grateful.
