It’s come to our attention that a message we sent out earlier this year left a few people thinking we’d shut our doors for good.

While we did say goodbye to group yoga classes and workshops, our core heart and soul (massage therapy, bodywork, and holistic healing) is going strong.

While that physical space has now closed its doors, Ilona’s passion for sharing the love of yoga with our town hasn't missed a beat.
