First, I want to say thank you for your continued business and support. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and feel so grateful that you choose me as your stylist.
As my schedule continues to stay busy, I'm making a few updates that will help me better serve all of my clients while keeping my schedule running smoothly.
Effective August 1:
✨ Updated Pricing�To continue providing the quality products, and services you deserve, there will be a slight price adjustment to my services. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of my small business.
✨ Appointment Policy�Your appointment time is reserved for you. I kindly ask that any cancellations be made 48 hours in advance or rescheduling requests be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48/ or 72 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% service fee, and no-shows may be charged 50 % of the scheduled service.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and those will always be handled with grace and understanding.
Because I'm typically booked 2 weeks in advance, frequent appointment changes make it difficult to accommodate other clients who are waiting for an opening. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, just as I respect yours.
