Combating frizz? The first place to start is in the shower! The shampoo and more importantly conditioner you use matter. To maximize frizz control I suggest using products that say “smoothing”. These products sometimes tend to be a little heavier so if you aren’t looking for frizz control then it may weigh your hair down.

•For an even smoother finish I like to go in with a smoothing balm or leave-in conditioner after towel drying and finishing with an oil/serum to combat those pesky flyaways.

Yes I still do hair 😅

Keeping up with Instagram and social media in general is sooooo much work. And I’m feeling like we are all getting to that burn out stage, clients included. But! Holidays are right around the corner and it’s just gonna get more and more busy around here 😜

Some things will be changing here at the shop and that includes my hours. I will be working Monday-Wednesday and Friday. Saturdays and Thursdays CAN be scheduled if I’m available but at a rate of time and a half. So if your haircut is normally $50, it would be $75 for me to come on a day off. Now I’m not saying I won’t ever do Saturdays again, but I’ve worked every Saturday for the last 15 years and I’d like a little break from it 😂
