So I started my weightloss goal about mid April and now I can report that I am just 3 lbs away from losing 20lbs. I'm not stopping there. 4 miles again today, but this time my legs were burning so I walked more than I ran. But at least I finished that was my only goal. What was your goal today?

I did my first 4 mile run today! I must say it felt amazing. I even ran a mile and half in 16 minutes. Go me!!
