TESTIMONY TIME

My son is 11 and he’s been having trouble dealing with BIG feelings. He began identifying it as stress. My husband and I joked with each other about what kind of stress an 11 year old child could have. We understand there are many.

We were directed to an app that helped him identify the emotions and he started being able to express what he was feeling much better.

But the anxiety was still high as these emotions course through his growing body and mind.
