At Old Covington Massage Therapy & Hydrotherapy Head Spa you can get either a 60min Head Spa service OR a 60min massage that will be all over relaxation or focus work with deep tissue, cupping and stretching on upper or lower body.

For a full body All inclusive with stretching all over the 90min session is best to give time to address each area and use cupping and deep tissue to relieve pain.

The 90min is preferred for full body stretching with deep tissue where needed, lymphatic work, cupping or any other tools required to help ease your pain and tension while at the same time allowing for some relaxation for a well rounded session.
