Blondes, balayage, and extensions are the most vulnerable, since lighter and processed hair holds onto buildup and discoloration far longer than your natural base.
Before your next pool day, check the label for the ingredients. If you see benzophenone, oxybenzone, octinoxate, or avobenzone, those are the ones that can pull your color brassy, dull, or discolored.
