🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

First, I want to start by saying how incredibly grateful and thankful I am for all of my loyal, respectful, and faithful clients. I truly appreciate every single one of you. 🤍

That being said, I need to set a few boundaries moving forward.

1. Consultations are done IN MY CHAIR.

I am no longer going back and forth through Messenger or text for weeks—or months—discussing 50 different inspiration pictures, color ideas, quotes, etc.

If you want your hair done, book your appointment, come sit in my chair, and let me do what I do. We will have an actual consultation, discuss your goals, determine what is realistic for your hair, and I will give you your quote.

I am happy to answer basic questions before booking, but I am no longer providing months-long consultations through social media to people who ultimately never book a single service.

My time has value, and consultations are not an unlimited free service. ✌🏻

2. NEW CLIENTS MUST HAVE A CARD ON FILE.

Due to recent issues with fake names, emails, phone numbers, and profiles being used to attempt to book appointments, all new clients are now required to have a valid debit/credit card on file through my booking system in order to secure an appointment.

If you book an appointment and do not show up, the applicable no-show/cancellation fee will be charged according to my booking policy.

If you do not have a card on file, your appointment will not be confirmed.

This isn’t about being difficult, and it isn’t about punishing anyone. It’s about protecting my business, my schedule, and the clients who actually show up for their appointments.

I love what I do. I love my clients. And I am incredibly thankful for the people who respect my time just as much as I respect theirs. 🖤
