Jamie is back with another workshop!🌙✨
Between the Worlds: Slow Flow & Sacred Storytelling
Inspired by Samhain, the ancient Celtic tradition that influenced modern Halloween, this workshop by Jamie 🏹🃏 is all about slowing down, letting go, and turning inward as we enter the darker season.
You’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow set to atmospheric music, then settle into an extended savasana with guided meditation and an ancient Celtic story woven into the experience.
Cozy, candlelit, a little mystical, & deeply restorative 🍂🕯️
Saturday, October 31
12:30 PM | 75 minutes
Workshop: $40
