We are very excited to announce that Megan and Josh have chosen to kick off their wedding weekend with Yoga 1 For Me, LLC, and our bridal program “Namaste Before The Big Day!” Megan wanted to spend a relaxing night with her bridal party and soak in some serenity and peace before the magical day! This low key night, filled with gentle yoga, meditation, champagne toasts and more is just what this bride needs to prepare for the biggest day of her life.
