- I am taking new clients but mainly daytime clients! My evening spots book in advance so pre-booking for an evening is the best thing you could do if you want an evening spot!

- just a reminder that if you cancel your appointment in a 24 hour span there is a cancellation policy in place that states you have to pay a cancellation fee. I have this set in place for my time that was booked out that cannot be filled in enough time. While I understand things do come up, I’ve been really relaxed on the cancellation policies, but I do have to start being more stern.

- if you cancel your appointment over and over again after 3 times of re booking I will require a booking deposit. This is really hard to move appointments around to accommodate everyone.

- my prices are my prices & if there is any confusion on my pricing please feel free to message me. I know that it can be uncomfortable talking about pricing, but this can assure you that I am doing what fits in your beauty budget. There are multiple services I offer that can be in your beauty budget.

- There are absolutely no refunds from me. If something comes up that you aren’t satisfied with the outcome of your hair, please reach out to me within 72 hours, and I will find a spot to get you back in to give you a more satisfied outcome. But no refunds will be given out.

I am not a confrontational person and understand things come up, or it’s uncomfortable to have hard conversations. But this is my job, this is my livelihood, this is how I put food on the table for my children. When you are paying for a service of mine it’s my time, product, and work that is put into it. 🖤

For everyone who has continued to support me, follow me, and recommend me. I appreciate you more than you could know. I hope to do another give away soon to show my appreciation for you all. The last couple years have been hectic in my personal life and you all have been super understanding and I cannot express how thankful I am.
