Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client.

Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to fill that time slot on short notice and directly impact our small business. As hairstylists, our schedule is our livelihood, and we rely on each booked appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
