🏃🏃🏻‍♀️ TalariaPT is not just a name on the LTC jersey. I’ve been running with the club for over 2 years, headed by coach , and trained with some amazing athletes! Talaria assists with their injury prevention/screening, recovery and PT, and our RunLab performance services.

🤲 The Talaria RunLab is a complete 1:1 experience with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, intended for runners that are looking to improve their performance and prevent injury. We use the DartFish video system to identify any mechanical fall to provide our runners with feedback and a detailed running report. From there we’ll complete a full biomechanical and fitness evaluation looking at strength, balance, flexibility and functional movement patterns.

🏣Talaria Physical Therapy and Wellness is located within the Northern Valley Dance Academy in Norwood, NJ, bringing expert care in a 1:1 setting to the greater Northern Valley area!

👨‍⚕️ Dr. Demetri Dimitriadis is a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, Certified Manual Physical Therapist, Certified Grason Technique (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) Preferred Provider, and Certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) therapist.
