A huge Thank You to everyone who joined for Grant’s first Feldenkrais workshop tonight at .crestedbutte ! We are grateful to everyone who chose to spend a piece of their evening with us learning some new tools for bringing yourself into your body and awareness to your whole self.

If you missed this workshop, Grant will be teaching another on May 9th at Thrive; that class will be more focused on the core of the body, so a different routine from this class but the same basic Feldenkrais fundamentals :).
